On a Personal Note…

Life’s challenges—whether stress, relationship struggles, or navigating complex identities—can feel overwhelming. Diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at 12, I understand firsthand the mental toll of chronic pain, which drives my passion for providing compassionate, supportive care. As a mixed-race woman, my own journey of finding belonging has shaped my commitment to creating a safe, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive space where everyone feels valued and understood. I specialize in helping individuals and couples explore identity, cultural differences, and relationship dynamics to build resilience and connection.

Outside of work, I find joy in daily walks with my husky/shepherd mix, yoga, climbing, and hosting paint nights with loved ones. If you’re ready to take the next step toward positive change, I’d be honored to support you. I offer free 15-minute consultations and am currently accepting individuals, couples and groups for virtual, phone, and chat sessions. Reach out—I’m here to help.
